Good things to
know before you book.

Is this a sales call?
No. This session is a working call — we review your situation, identify gaps, and give you a written action plan. If full legal services make sense for your family after the session, we can discuss that. But the session itself is substantive, not a pitch.
What should I have ready before the call?
A general sense of your assets (property, accounts, retirement funds, business interests), whether you have existing documents like a will or trust, and who you want to protect. We'll guide you through the rest on the call.
What if I already have a will or trust?
That's actually a great time for a review. Outdated documents can be just as harmful as no documents at all. We'll evaluate what you have and tell you honestly whether it still works for your situation.
Is this only for people with a lot of assets?
Not at all. Estate planning is about protecting your family — and that matters at every level. If you own a home, have children, or have any savings or accounts you want directed somewhere specific, this session is relevant to you.
How soon will we be able to schedule?
